When I know truth is final it was too late

I couldn’t believe Satyam story. I along with my friends looked at Satyam admirably.
Raju was a hero in our business school days. We looked up to this guy as a role model. We dreamed to follow his path. We analyzed how he built a giant called Satyam. In our presentations we were very eager to put the strategy Raju followed to put Satyam among the 4 IT majors in India

We managers must clearly look into what really happened to Satyam and learn some lessons from it. I think Maytas story paved the way for the giant’s fall. What I seriously think is that if you are an IT giant when looking for a merger you must look for companies working in the similar line. The people who invested in Styam doubted the motive behind this merger. This actually led to its downfall.

Also we must take Moorthy’s words very seriously. This is a very good lesson to other corporates.
